Dr. Scott Hood
DDS – Proprietor
Dr. Scott Hood graduated, with endodontics honors, in the top 10 of his class, from the University of Michigan Dental School in 1998.
Throughout the years, Dr. Hood has made it a priority to stay abreast of changes in dentistry. His 25-year practice has been voted First Place Best Dentist Office in his county, in the last ten years, by offering the most advanced modern dentistry, combined with the best quality care possible. His dental philosophy is to always do what’s best for the patient, through minimally invasive dentistry, specializing in all phases of restorative dentistry, occlusion, veneer/crown prep, bone grafts/ implants, smile design, articulation, and full mouth rehabilitation, all utilizing 3D imaging. Dr. Hood has a passion for dentistry and loves keeping his patients smiling for a long, long time!
Dr. Hood has attended numerous advanced trainings over the years( Dawson Academy, Cerec Mastery Training, Dentsply Sirona Academy, Dentsply Ankylos Implant Training, and Los Angeles Institute of Esthetic Dentistry, just to name a few). His advanced endodontic training and experience enables his patients to stay in-house for most root canals and other endodontic procedures. His advanced cosmetic trainings make him much sought after, for smile rehabilitation and smile design. He’s the dentist behind numerous high-profile smiles.
Dr. Hood is now bringing his passion for family and cosmetic dentistry, along with his smile design expertise, to Naples. His new concierge location, Luxe Dentistry, where he specializes in premier smiles, is conveniently located in the Granada Shoppes at Immokalee and Tamiami Trail, on the side of Trader Joe’s.
Dr. Hood is a people person and known for his joking around. His passions include golfing and playing with his young daughter, who often takes him captive in her playroom. He enjoys the Naples sunshine, spending time with his family, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Nicole Ricart
DDS – Associate
Dr. Ricart is a native of the Dominican Republic, where she graduated from dental school.
She later pursued additional training in an advanced placement program at the University of Puerto Rico, where she received her DMD degree. This was a comprehensive program that gave her advanced training in all aspects of dentistry.
